Light of Chance Inc. will host its fifth annual “Aspire Weekend” in Madisonville from Friday through Sunday.
Aspire Weekend is a revitalization event sponsored by the city of Madisonville and Carhartt Inc., that will kick off with a family-friendly cookout from 4 to 8 p.m. Friday at the Dr. Festus Clayborn Park.

Depression during the holidays can be due to financial stress, emotional and relationship issues. Some people tend to overwork, they end up doing more work than usual and having no rest at all. On the other hand, loneliness or being away from a loved one and having too much time can lead to depression. All these reasons can be holiday triggers for stress.
