Get Set Go Health & Wellness Company, LLC. offers mental health services to individuals, groups, and families as well as parenting classes. The agency has licensed therapists, certified peer specialists, and targeted case managers on its roster of mental health professionals ready to assist your needs.

Get Set Go Health & Wellness Company, LLC. services are available to the entire Madisonville and Bowling Green communities. Services are available to people throughout Kentucky as well as via Telehealth so clients may participate virtually. Individuals, groups, and families do not have to be affiliated with any Light of Chance Inc. programs to benefit from services.

Peer support is a service provided by breakthrough staff who have lived experiences in mental health. Services may take place in one-on-one sessions or in group settings. Our Certified Peer Support Specialists provide social and emotional assistance in a safe and trusting environment.

Targeted Case Management (TCM) services are available for children, teenagers, and adults. It is for individuals that have emotional and/or behavioral difficulties.

Targeted Case Managers help link adults and youth to services, resources, and support that can be used within the home, community, and school settings.

  • Refer your child to mental health and/or substance use disorder services
  • Track how your child is doing in treatment
  • Check on how your child is doing in school
  • Coordinate the services that your child gets
  • Help your child get involved in healthy activities
  • Link your family with support in your community
  • Provide support for you to keep your child at home
  • Advocate for your child and more.

For adults, Targeted Case Managers facilitate the community-based assessment and planning process by working with individuals, families, service providers, and other agencies and individuals to create an individualized plan based on a comprehensive assessment of needs for each person. This may include the following:

  • Food, housing, transportation
  • Help to obtain disability benefits
  • Help to obtain SNAP benefits
  • Educational & employment assistance
  • IEP assessment & implementation
  • Recreation & socialization
  • Behavioral health referrals
  • On-call crisis support
  • Medication management & much more

Educational Classes are for grades 5-12 to help develop communication and socialization skills and allow people to learn how to express themselves and develop self-awareness by listening to others with similar challenges.

PARENTING CLASS

Parenting Classes consist of assisting parents, grandparents, and guardians in gaining the skills necessary to become better parents.

To receive a certificate, participants must complete one full session.
