Mandy Holman

Meet Mandy Holman, our Visual Arts teacher in Madisonville. Mandy has been an artist for 17 years and is originally from Georgetown, KY and resides in Muhlenberg County with her husband and son! She teaches using various mediums such as water color, sculpture, oil pastels, graphite, and marker including her favorites; pencil, charcoal and acrylic paint. Mandy encourages young artists to explore mediums and find their own style through learned techniques, compositions, and art principles. She believes in the effects of creative input and being able to find inspiration by sharing ideas with fellow artists. In addition to being an amazing artist in her own right, Mandy is a certified Youth Peer Support Specialist with us; and started an Art for God program at her local church to encourage the youth to use their talents
