Meet our new yoga instructor, Presley Houchens! Presley is from Bowling Green and is a yoga certified yoga teacher. When asked why she enjoys people, Presley stated, “I love working with the youth there [at Light of Chance] because they are awesome. I am passionate about providing a safe space for them to breathe, relax, and let go of tension they carry in their minds and bodies; it has been wonderful to share my knowledge in this space.” Presley has 4 years of yoga experience. She earned an Associate of Arts from Southern Kentucky Community & Technical College and received her Bachelor’s in business administration from Western Kentucky University
