MADISONVILLE
Kristen is the proud mother of two amazing boys. She was born and raised in Madisonville, Kentucky and is a graduate of Brown Mackie College. She also attended MCC and Ivy Tech where she received multiple certificates. Kristen currently teaches dance for the Breathe Youth Arts Program in Madisonville, Kentucky, which she says has been very rewarding in several ways. She was bought up on dance. When Kristen was younger, she took jazz and ballet. Kristen was on the Dance Team and danced in church, but her favorite was to make up dances at home and help her little cousins learn them. When Kirsten saw the opportunity to apply for a dance instructor with the Breathe Program, she didn’t hesitate. Kristen expresses her enjoyment with the position by saying,
“Dancing is my passion… The staff is great! The kids are amazing, and it’s only a plus I get to give back to MY community.”
