Eric has more than 20 years of leadership and management experience in the non-profit sector. He is a native of Madisonville, KY, and a three-time alumnus of Western Kentucky University.

Connie has been married for 53 years and has four children who are all grown adults with children of their own now.

Kristen was born and raised in Madisonville, Kentucky and is a graduate of Brown Mackie College. She also attended MCC and Ivy Tech where she received multiple certificates.

Courtney achieved a Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communication while at WKU, but her passion has always been for art.
